The site is acting stupid about galleries. Or Picasa is (which I am leaning toward) and is really disappointing. I’m afraid I might have made a mistake using them and at present I can’t recommend that anyone do so. Of course I’ve now paid for the extra space for a year so I might as well continue to use them until that time is up.
